Questions are welcome! Hope to see many of you join us
I love Pitt. Love it!!!

Gonna try and do both you're 3 day events there. Will check the schedule.

On one of the Friday's last season with you, I corded a new set of Hoohoos in one day, and that was with rotating them at lunch. So much track time, and I might have double dipped (with permission) as well that Friday.

See ya there....

^Hi “B”!

We’d LOVE to have you back with us if possible. Yes, there’s lots of “double dipping in the afternoon. Usually after the morning sessions, folks just flow on/off, and as long as everyone “plays nice”, there’s never an issue. It’s about getting MAX track time, especially for instructors, because we know that instructors often sacrifice some of their time (by choice) Sat/Sun for the sake of the student.

For those who don’t know, we run two groups on Friday, alternating every 30 minutes. There is more time than you can possibly use (especially if the weather is great all day), and generally people drive to “their heart’s content”. The groups are divided by self-selection. There’s “supersonic” and “sonic” (faster and slightly less fast). Usually it’s is around 50/50 per group starting out, but as mentioned, after lunch people just blend on and off and it becomes more “casual”. We do throw the flag every 30 minutes but you can go right back out if desired.

I just go out and then come in when I run out of fuel. Then I go out again until I run out of fuel. Then I go out again until I run out of fuel. Then I go out again until I run out of tires. Then I come in and put new tires on. Then I go out again until I run out of fuel. Wash, rinse, repeat. Yes, ridiculous amount of track time at your Pitt race Fridays.

I really enjoyed running with you guy last season. Great and respectful bunch and I felt welcomed like family. Lots of courtesy and respect on track, and in the paddock. ARPCA is like 1/2 way between Niagara and Metro (in more ways than one....lol.) My .02

See ya in Pittsburgh....

MORPCA Mid-Ohio event April 15/17 will have Scott Mann there on Friday for PCA National INST school and Scott will hang around for the weekend and offer 1 on 1 coaching. If you know of interested solo advanced (or current Instructors) looking to join the INST ranks in PCA National, pass it along.

IndyCar requested safety upgrade has seen the Honda Bridge removed to move a guardrail back. Not clear if bridge will go back up or not.
So far Ohio seems more like North Carolina weather wise, 4th warmest December on record.

You matter!!

If they let me, I'll hop in your right seat Friday morning to help get you on the line. It is a busy buys track for sure. Has slowly become on of my top 3, and with good reason. Lots to learn.

I will most likely have a student on the weekends, but I can help you on the Friday if you're there, and if I'm there of course...lol.

You're gonna love that track. T-7 to T-14 is like a really high-speed autocross. More Esses than you'll know what to do with.

I may take u up on the offer if u can get up there early enough on fri. When u r self employed u never know when u can leave . Ill have the new sway bars in, aim dl/smartycam and a few other upgrades for next season.

Ill propably see u at njmp event next year too. Looking at a couple of the metropca dates. I already have up to 14 days between the 2 tracks with Mo-E. Depending on the finances ill be looking into some profesional coaching as well, u r on my short list of people i would ask.

Re mid -o weather.
Tstorms in August. April snow flakes. May rain. July humidity. October frost. I’ve been to all of them.
I have an ugly birthday a few days later so this is the “mid-o before medicare” roadtrip.
The philly doc (“little ***** racing”) says he’s in.

Nice. I’ll be at a few for sure.

Potomac trying to give NNJR a run for the money….lol.

Depending on the schedule, I’ll probably do your VIR and WGI, and an SP Main or 2 for good measure.

Wow, that's great to know. I have been anxiously waiting. I couldn't find anything yet on the Potomac site about their 22 schedule. Do you know when they will publicly announce and have available on MSR? I've got them all in my calendar now.
Thanks!
Steve

We just had our last planning meeting to lock in our dates the night before I posted, so the announcements should come soon with postings in MSR by Feb 1.
