I would agree with that assessment.
Victoracers are much quicker on first 2-3 heat cycles. It seem the toyo's need a few to break in. Once that toyo's break in the .5 sec is probably about right. For some guys I have seem more like 1.5 to 2 seconds (for approx 2 min lap) going from VR to RA1, but this might be due to driving style.
the RA1 need to slide a bit more to be faster. Overall both can be quick and it most cases I have seen driver differences account for more time than the tires.
