Here’s an example of full street tire use. Very typical in AER & WR to run a tire well past the wear bars.

The outer edge on those Cup 2s are coming apart, starting the chunk. They will last another hard driving session at most before you have big problems. The GT4 tends to wear out the fronts before the rears. I personally wouldn’t run that tire. Those commenting about getting even tire wear have no clue how street tires on a street car wear with Track use. I have added some negative camber to my RS and GT4 but still wear out the outer edges First on the Cup 2s, Just Part of the fun of tracking a street car.

Those are blisters from excessive heat.

Typical Pitt Race tire destruction.

Rubber comes off in sheets. So much fun.

I would run them on sunday, but check them after every session.
I would stop track sessions if/when the outside strip showed cords and drive home then.
