He got off a lot better than Zanardi who is lucky to be alive.
I watch people bike around where I live and they are all out of their mind. I would not trust other drivers with my life.

Burning Brakes
Alonso's fitness will take a small set-back as his diet will be impacted and some training will be uncomfortable for a while. This is assuming he doesn't have injuries that are undisclosed at the moment. Like when he didn't realize he had rib & an internal puncture, until he was on the plane home, from that accident in which he went upside down into the wall.

Agree with not trusting drivers on the road. I hardly ever cycle on the road anymore. Mostly mountain bike rides now.
