Wanted Moton Street Sport 2 Way Adjustable Front Shocks
or comparable
My new to me 996TT/GT2 conversions Front Shocks are toast. Front end bounces like a pogo stick.
Moton doesn't carry them anymore and don't supply parts to the rebuilders -- so I'm looking for a used but good set -- or comparable adjustable front shocks.
My shop contacted Performance out of Sonoma, but they can't get the parts they need.
So I'm looking for a set of 996 Turbo front shocks for a drive to the track car.
Just need fronts -- rears are fine.
thanks,
Mike

I had a little work done on my Motons at RE Suspension, but they had to send mine to Holland for some additional parts/work. You might want to give them a call and see if they are still the East Coast AST/Moton service shop.

I believe the MCS guys have a background at Moton. Definitely a nice upgrade.

As I understand it (I could be mistaken), the same genius was behind JRZ, Moton, and MCS; Jerome was the "J" in JRZ before selling his share, formed Moton, and then formed MCS after selling Moton to AST. I'm sure MCS can sell you a shock that will pair well with your rear Motons since the same guy designed them both. But wouldn't it be easier just to buy new Motons from AST? If the problem is you don't want to pay for new, and only want fronts... I wish you the best of luck with that!
