Some of those wives are pretty handy with a wrench.

Hey Bruce - Now that you've been there for a few days, what's it like at The Glen in "these uncertain times?" Are people abiding by the rules? Masks? Distance? Running smoothly? Any tips for those of us who will be there this upcoming week of things you wish you'd done/brought with you?

Yes, people are adhering to the guidelines.

The Glen has orange shirt employees walking through the paddock and garage making sure everyone is abiding by the rules. On golf carts as well.

The orange shirts are great guys who are just trying to keep everyone safe, and they are doing a great job at it.

Masks on in any building and you'll be fine.

2 days down, 8 to go. Having a great time so far.

If everyone listens to the guidelines and behaves, there are no problems.

The NNJR folks that we're here with this weekend are all listening to the orange shirts and everything is fine.

As to what to bring, for me and my 10 day run pals, tires, pads, tires, pads, and more tires and more pads.

When are you here? Off to throw in new rear pads.....

I'll give a detailed explanation later when the track goes cold.

Day 4 of 10, and I just broke the track cherry on the new GT3 this morning, This is gonna take a lot of getting used to. So different from the Cayman I'm used to.

Will report back later on the lodge,,,,

Put nearly-new tires on the Mini anticipating that the Sunday rain would continue into the event as forecasted, but of course the weather turned out great--no complaints! Real good two days of driving; hope yours were also.
Yes, Sunday registration was a bit of a mess. I saw a Mini zipping around during the two days--I was wondering if it was you!
