Google Anze Suspension address and find the other businesses in that strip mall. That is how I made contact with Angelo a couple of years. I believe the business is next door to Anze.

I'll see if I can go through some friends to see what is up. I thought I saw Angelo at MO a few weeks ago.

Ok the short story,

Angelo closed the shop down due Covid-19 and in addition to this they are currently in the middle of moving to a new shop and phone line isn't setup yet. If you need to contact Angelo or Bryan please email them at sales@ANZEsuspension.com or send them a PM on Facebook

Also to be noted is Angelo and Bryan are inundated with back logged work from being closed witch is cause longer than normal lead times and getting back with responses to emails or calls.

Hey coach -

I have emailed 3 times, messaged them - and nothing.

Coach if there is anyway you could do me a huge favor, as one of your customers myself ; ), and ask them to simply ship them to Sonoma suspension I would buy them dinner and pay the shipping.

if they want to call me at four one two 498 nine 133 that be fine. I understand the challenging times as somebody who owns my own biz myself. I just am trying to get my car back on the track - thx all!

I pinged them. Don’t know if it’s worth any more than you’ve done. Hope you get a response!

times are tough for sure but the least you can do is let your customers know what's up and answer their emails, calls, PMs, anything. A quick reply saying they're backlogged and some sort of time frame of when they can get to it would go a long way.

Yes, silence is the last thing you want to provide in customer support.......customers can be amazingly patient if you just tell them what the heck is going on.

Too many businesses are using cv19 as an excuse.
