Default slightly off topic: What do you guys use for vinyl care?

Hi:
As the season approaches for us in the Great Northeast, it is time to being thinking about "getting ready." My car has a vinyl wrap and I was wondering what you recommend for cleaning it up and making it look a bit better. I use Mothers' R3 for rubber marks, but ti doesn't always work so great (depending on how long the rubber marks stay on the paint/vinyl). Is there a product or group of products that you use to take out swirl marks, embedded rubber marks, etc.? The next warm day I'd like to spend some time outside, cleaning the car up a bit. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Thankx for looking and thankx in advance for the advice.

R\

I use Turtle Wax label and sticker remover for tire marks on both paint and vinyl, I think it works better than R3. I also use it to clean up the adhesive left after removing stickers (imagine that).

We use SD20 all the time and rubbing alcohol for tougher spots, but the wrap doesn't usually stay on forever. Different requirements than a Porsche.

Orbital polisher/waxer and a good cleaner wax takes all tire marks out and adds a layer of way with out stripping the wax like the other stuff . Plus its half the time

I use Griots Garage one step sealant - takes tire marks ,dirt bugs off and ads a layer of sealant I swear by it or there 3 in 1 liquid wax ( you can buy these in auto parts stores as well. But it so much faster using there random orbital polisher

I don’t have side widows so washing the car is not really an option. I use Meguiars Ultimate wash and wax anywhere. My car is completely wrapped and it works great. I can do the entire car in 15-20 minutes. It’s part of my prep on race day when everything else is ready on the car.

Thankx guys! I do have an orbital polisher and I regularly use Griots products. I will have to give them a try. Someone recommended 3M Vinyl cleaner wax, so we'll see what happens.

@ Steve113- I want to talk with your office about coverage for the Spencer Day...see you there!

Wrap installers and vinyl vendors do not recommend waxes. Like all specialized surfaces, specific care products.
