imagine they have no plans to really use it.... they developed it that it could kinda work but it really didnt provide enough benefits. they still "test" it to provide a glimps to the other teams

first of all it takes attention away of their other innovations
it sends teams on a wild goose chase taking valuable innovation resources away from other efforts...


curious if DAS will really be deployed in races....
