The WGI flaggers were *very* aggressive with the black flags when I was there last month with COMSCC. BARELY over the curbs out of the heel of the boot (turn 8), black flag. Same thing at track out of turn 10. Between myself and my student (whom I was encouraging to use the whole track), I think we were black-flagged about 4 times. So nah, they don't let you take a NASCAR line around the track...
