I don't think that would do it. Maybe it was when a corner worker or another driver looked at him, so, again, it's someone's else fault other than our quantum driver. (For those who may not get the jokes, this will make it clear as mud: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Measurement_problem).

But in any case, I think coochas may have the better hypothesis. More plausible that it was faked than such a precise hit being achieved, and a driver's behavior being so odd. I fear that we've all been played.
