It all depends on who you are running with, Meetings in the AM help and when the run group is in the classroom it definitely helps to speak up if point bys are coming quick enough... I saw a noticeable difference from a first day run to the end of the day...... on a side note the weather changes so fast and it poured rain the second day. Most everyone went home... ... but the afternoon session was beautiful and the track was dry... There were 3 other cars out there with me... It was like having the whole track to myself for the entire afternoon... What a Blast!
