Default Gouges on rotor

I have some gouges on the inner perimeter of my AP Racing discs. I think it must have happened when it was stored on the shelf in the winter time and something touched it.
Should I still run it? I am looking at a 6 week lead time on replacement discs from Essex. Thanks!

If they were mine I'd file the gouges smooth to remove any stress concentration (where a crack could start).

Why so long for replacement outer? I've been considering going to their J hook rotors. What vehicle?
