I have a 2018 911 GTS 3000mi.. I started the car and got a 'check engine' light. I am a former ASE Master Tech. I patched in to the OBDII port and pull codes IGN Mod 07E9 and 07E8 . I cleared the codes , the car ran fine, shut the car off and started it again and the CEL is on and the codes repeated. Can someone please help me with an explanation of these codes. Even though the car is under warranty if I can fix it myself I'd rather do that. Thank you all .
