Non-marque HPDE options?
Chatting with a friend today, she is interested in HPDE but does not own a car for which there's a marque club (such as Porsche, BMW, etc.). We're in Massachusetts. Any recommendations for a club or outfit that could offer her track options with instruction similar to what PCA, BMWCCA, et al do in her Toyota? SCCA seems like the deep end of the pool, unless they have a DE program that I am not familiar with. TIA!

Chin, Hooked on Driving, SCDA definitely and probably NASA and SCCA all do events up that way. I'm sure there are others. I'd start with the events calendar at the conveniently located track and see what groups are listed .Of course most PCA chapters (and other marque clubs) allow non-marque cars at their events.

COM Sports Car Club ( https://www.comscc.org/ ) does basic instruction as well as a time trial series. We're not marque-specific either.

There is no requirement to own on any of the marquee track events I have driven. People of all makes and models are welcome to contribute $$$ to the hobby!

NER PCA (and I believe NCR as well) allow non-Porsches at their events. An +1 for SCDA - I've only been to a couple of their events, but they appeared to be well run and safety minded, and have a good corps of instructors for novice drivers.

OP, sounds like you have plenty of options. Report back on what gets decided.
I know the PCA regions in Zone 1 allow other marques besides Porsches as mentioned above.

All the above, plus
Apex Deiving events
Palmer track days
For PCA someone can designate her as an associate member
Of all of them SCDA is probably what I’d try first. They have good Car control clinics as well

Thanks everyone for the suggestions, much appreciated. Does SCDA provide instruction?

SCDA does provide instruction. I've run with them for years, great group. Instruction is provided in Novice and Intermediate 1, the entire day in Novice, and normally for a check out ride in Intermediate 1. It is available by request in the higher run groups. They also offer data review and coaching, car control clinics, and last year offered a combo day. Car control in the morning on the autocross course and skid pad, and full track in the afternoon.
