Sebring PCA 48 Hours
#48
I went from I to SPC because PCA let new cars into I class that had a lot more horsepower than me and it became a joke. SPC is a good class but it just wasn't for me.
GTB1 is where I want to be because it is the kind of car I want to drive. That being said, there is not a ton of difference between the handling and setup of an I class car and GTB1. Last year the only difference between my I class car and running it in GTB1 was Pirellis instead of Hoosiers.
I think SPC will become the next SPB in a few years but it will further shrink the letter classes.

Drifting
Anyone have a lead on renting a SPB?
Mine's not running at the moment and it's a long haul from Texas -- I expect to be in FL through January -- so a detour through Sebring might be in order.
thanks,
Mike

22 cars registered for GTB1!!! Wow - that is going to make for some fun racing and hopefully some nice bonus points for those that finish at the pointy end.

This is more cars competing than in most IMSA classes! I see you decided to join the GTB1 fray as well. It's gonna be fun this year.

I'm going to be there was test and tune. Too much going on at home and work to be gone for that length of time! I'll be with Speed Sport so I am sure we will hook up at some point.
