Default F1 or NASCAR?
Apparently Texas Motor Speedway has its panties in a bunch because the F1 race at COTA in 2019 is scheduled for the same day as a NASCAR race at TMS:

The president of TMS says "I would think a lot of fans - myself included - would enjoy going to both races." Really? Is there that much overlap in the fan bases? I wouldn't think so.

This is not the first year since F1 began at COTA in 2012 that NASCAR at TMS and F1 happened on the same weekend. We all survived.
