Recaro pole position recall - 2015
Anyone remember this? Just wondering if they ever came out with a repair kit, or if anyone sent there seats in to get repaired. Wondering how much it cost. Thanks.

There was no fix. They replaced seats that were still under warranty. If you were out of the warranty period, like I was (by 3 weeks!) you were basically screwed. After wasting my time with several phone calls to Germany and their office in the US, Recaro offered a 20% discount on a replacement seat. In the months it took to get that offer I had already replaced the seat with one from another manufacturer. I'll never buy a Recaro product again.
