Did Alonso's car actually hit the halo? It looked like it but I kep waiting to see an obvious shot of that happening for damage to the top of LeClerc's halo.

Second time watching F1 while running on a treadmill where I almost fell of reacting to an accident!

There was a huge mark on the right side of LeClerc's halo. I don't know if it was rubber or what but it arguably would have been a cockpit intruder without the halo.

Boy, I sure nailed THAT one

Any wonder why Hulkenberg hasn't won or podiumed in his F1 career? Doesn't look like Nando brake-checked him....unless of course Nico had a mechanical, then never mind

Yeah you suck at predicting the outcome of a race.

Can you believe whining Hamilton after the race implying that Ferrari were cheating? Boy he doesn't like when the other team has the advantage, something he's had for the last 4 years.

I think Hulkenburg is in the running for the bonehead move of the year. He's not usually that full of bone, but today proved otherwise. Interesting that Bottas did the same thing, but not at Hulkenburg's level.

1) Boy, ain't THAT the truth
2) Hulk did admit to driver error--yeah, big soup bone today

About as boring a race as I’ve watched in a while. F1 needs to bring back refueling, lack of refueling completely eliminates 1 of 2 strategy variables. Oh, and the current power unit change penalties are rediculous. Drivers conserving and not pushing for victories due to engine longevity penalties makes for boring races. I understand the aim to make the sport more affordable for new teams.... but the outcome just sucks. I find myself enjoying watching Indy Car oval races more than F1 these days. Something I NEVER thought I’d say.

He wasn't implying anything. He was just saying that Ferrari is doing a better job right now. People who don't like Hamilton will find a way to say that he accused them of cheating.

Every time Mercedes is beat straight up on track, they belly ache about “interesting tactics” and “tricks”. They’ve had such a long run and dominance on everyone it’s as if they feel entitled to win every race. For once I’d like to hear them say to a competitor, “Great job, we’lol get you at the next race” and leave it at that. Here’s another story about the discussion after today’s race:

i too interpreted HAM’s remarks as ‘if you’re faster than I am you’re cheating.’
HAM is a fantastic driver but he is a douche.

Race got boring after the 2nd pit stop but it was pretty interesting up to that point. Kudos to Ferrari for a perfectly executed strategy and to Vettel for doing exactly what was needed to get the job done.

I guess Hamilton time traveled back in time to give that quote after Spa? Because otherwise that article has nothing to do with yesterday's race .
