Traqmate help needed
Downloaded the traqmate software into my Win10 laptop at work. Went to connect my Traqmate classic to the computer so I could dump the data and it's not being recognized. I'm getting an "unknown USB device" error. The traqmate software can't find the traqmate device. Do I need to download a specific driver? If so, where do I find it? I thought that all the drivers would be setup when I downloaded the software itself?

I found this in an older thread, maybe it will help?
Look in C:\Program Files\TraqmateUSB or C:\Program Files (x86)\TraqmateUSB
And as a person who occasionally has to support software on work computers STOP LOADING PERSONAL STUFF ON YOUR WORK COMPUTER.

Yup, bad USB cable. Swapped that and everything worked out.
Next problem was I had the GoPro upside down while recording and I can't seem to figure out how to rotate the video right side up.
Oh, and I own the company so I could really care less about putting personal stuff on my "work" laptop. All the same to me!

Now, you can use QuickTime, VLC Player and RaceRender to flip the raw video and save it, then point Traqview to the “fixed” video to get the good stuff out of it.

Reviving this thread for a problem I'm having. I'm trying to familiarize myself with Traqview before I get to try my new to me SPB with Traqmate and F & R cameras. The data files that are currently stored on the SD card appear to be large enough that they would have video with them. When I open Traqview and view the data file, in the dash board "set up", I don't seem to have a check box to show video accompanying the data. Could it be the Traqdash wasn't turning the video on automatically? These are files that the PO left on the SD car btw. I hope to be looking at my files tomorrow (can't wait!).
Thanks in advance for any help.

If you get a dialog box that asks for a license, like this:
Enter this information to allow import and marriage of ONE of the videos with the data,
Traqmate PC Software Download and Updates
Traqview & TraqStudio have been combined into one program for simple installation. If you already have TraqStudio installed the installer will recognize your key and install TraqStudio. If you currently own TraqStudio but don't have it installed you can enter the authorization key at anytime to activate the software.
TraqStudio Key
