Metro NY PCA NJMP Thunderbolt circuit
Come on out for two fantastic days on NJMP's Thunderbolt circuit. Plenty of room in all groups from 0 experience through advanced.
Classroom for beginners as well as classroom for advanced drivers. Track walk on July 2nd after track goes cold. If you have any questions pm me.

Just a little bump so all see this event. I can't make a promise concerning weather but I sure can promise a great time with good track time. Advanced class. Track walk.

Bill. I was going to ask if you needed another instructor (without a car) for Monday. However, it looks like you’re light on student drivers but heavily registered with instructors. If that changes....

Just got back from this event, metro ran a great event the track is an absolute blast And there was a ton of track time for all 3 run-groups, will definitely be back in the fall

I don't know if it was fatigue from the heat or the track just being so hot the tires got greasy quick but I was 2 - 3 seconds slower after lunch.
The car felt very loose
I never thought I'd complain about a track day being too hot and sunny...

Yeah, I was only there for the Tues, and it was hot as hell, but nice to have relatively short but frequent sessions, not a lot of waiting around, plenty of track time, although I too was slower later in the day and I thought there was more grip!
More importantly, Metro NY stated that they are trying to run their events as a "friendly" region, and coming from NNJR I'd have to agree with that. Much more laid back and enjoyable, I'll keep an eye on their calendar.
