Default Uneven rear tire wear (inner).

Inner part of the rear tires wore out faster.
Does this mean I need a rear alignment?

Sounds like you have a little too much rear camber ... although it looks by the tread pattern like you might be able to switch the tires around from left to right
if you want to keep them and start over with a better alignment !

Are those older street TOYO's ?
