The live stream youtube links are short-lived -- it was frustrating to get the link to the new youtube live video because the pwc site was down or super slow. Once you got the link, youtube was flawless. There is a direct link to their channel, and it only appears when there's a live broadcast, I believe. Here it is -- http://youtube.com/worldchallengetv/live

I have seen others figure out ways to improve this process. They'd post a video place-holder which turns live when the content provided was available.

Just got around to watching the St. Pete race on my DVR. Anyone know why the GT field was so shallow? Last year this seemed like the place to be with so many manufacturers and exciting/competitive racing. Now, there were maybe 9 total? Seems dead.

The SprintX format seems to be getting popular. I personally prefer the sprint format.

I don't have an official answer, but I noticed several names in the GTS field that ran GT last year, including a couple who post here from time to time.
Maybe one of them could comment on the move to GTS.
There were 15 GT cars at COTA.
