Default Selling a Porsche race car

I have a for sale add in the marketplace section but it doesn't seem to get a lot of traffic. Would love to hear some suggestions on better sites or is there a P car specific race car marketplace?

Usually, this is a good place to sell Porsche DE and race cars but it takes time. In general, race cars that fit in specific popular classes and have good class history sell the fastest. This looks like a nice car but it's not clear where you would race it and in what class it would fit in.

I would recommend putting it on RacingJunk.com. I recently sold my Radical and the guy that purchased it saw it on RJ.

Too new for SPB and too many mods for an F car. Wrong transmission for an G car.

I've known John (and his better half) and BERG Racing for many years. Solid guy, solid work. GLWS.

It's always been hard selling old IMSA/Grand Am Conti cars because they don't transfer to popular PCA classes easily. I would agree that racingjunk is the best venue for that car.

John has bailed me out more than once with trackside assistance--he is a racer and knows his stuff

Another good site to try and list it is www.windingroad.com. I have found some nice cars on there. Racingjunk.com (as mentioned above) is another good one.

Try PelicanParts.com as well. I've actually sold on EBay but it is expensive for what you get.

Thanks for the leads guys and the complements about me, I'm humbled. I'm familiar with RJ but the others will get on tomorrow.
I think the car is good to go for F. Motor is stock and we put the airbox back in last time the motor was out. I'm not really up on the F rules but last I Iooked there was nothing that was illegal. Would be interested in the group's input.
Also I have been asked by a couple of people why I'm selling the nice one. I have the sister car still also. Well this one is getting a Audi V8 and I need $$$ to get it done!

For example the "S" brakes are not stock so that moves you from F to Prepared G but the gearbox seems to be from an "S" so that moves you out of any stock Class.

Race cars have actually been doing surprisingly well on Bringatrailer.com lately. You might submit it to them and see what they say. A 997 with a blown engine brought $36.5K a few weeks back. It had been for sale on RJ for $35k for quite awhile prior to that.
