Default Lime Rock Lodging info please....

Doing my first DE at Lime Rock beginning of April with NNJR.
Anyone have any lodging suggestions? Most seem to be B&B's and I was also told about the Inn at Iron Masters (which I just booked to be safe but can cancel if need be).
Where do you folks stay when doing a couple track days at Lime Rock?

Thanks in advance for any and all info...

Close to the track is Iron Masters and Interlocken. It's been 20 years since I was there, but the Sharon Country Inn was supposed to have been redone and pretty good. I'm cheap and stay in Great Barrington and drive the 30 minutes or so to the track. There are more options for food and drink in Great Barrington too.

Most from NNJR will stay at Great Barrington and drive the 30 minutes. That’s where I will be because no camping so can’t bring the RV

Thanks Matt, but that's on the wrong side of the track for me. I'm coming North to get to Lakeville.
Appreciate the help regardless. Thanks.
I booked Iron Masters because it is close to the track.
Price was a bit steep for a roadside motel, but being new to this track and area, I wanted to be close. One less thing to think about both mornings.
Doesn't seem to be much around that area in the way of a real hotel.
Thanks for the reply.

OK, I will do some more research.
What are the decent places in Great Barrington?

We stay at the Days Inn. There are a couple of others further away from the track. There is also a Holiday Inn Express.

I really like the Sharon Country Inn. Stay there whenever I can. Not inexpensive, but close, very clean and the proprietor is terrific.

Is that the one that's owned by a PCA guy?

I stayed at the Manor House Inn located in Norfolk CT last year. Great spot, restaurant and bar within walking distance. Ride to the track took me about 25 minutes (17mi), Innkeepers are a relocated family from Ridgewood NJ and are a great host. I suspect it will be very quiet.

Nope, the Interlaken is owned by a noted PCA and historic racer.

We've stayed at the Silvanus Lodge in Hillsdale. It's a 20-30 minute drive away. Good eats in town, and the inn owner is a great guy. It's clean and quiet.

I stay at the Holiday Inn. Decent brew restaurant across the road we like to eat ate so we just walk over. If you stay at the Days Inn you are closer to town and could walk to a few restaurants.

Interlaken Inn in Sharon is close. Not cheap, but nice and has a good bar and restaurant.

I've also stayed at the Sharon Country Inn. It's not cheap but very nice and extremely close to the track... They also have a nice continental breakfast and brought in good doughnuts every day. ;-)

Great suggestions. Thanks all.
So far, I'm at the Iron Masters.
If only the Casinos were closer to the track....
