I'm signed up for the Chin event at Road Atlanta (2/24-25) with two buddies in GT4s (solo group...it's going to be a blast!!)

You could also opt for Zone 2 VIR which is 3 days on the full course 3/16-18. Last year had to cancel due to year's biggest snow storm Tues before. Hoping for better luck this year. Yeah, Jan/Feb are really tough. But, as someone else said, bank account gets a much needed rest.

It's the umbrella org for all the PCA clubs in zone 2, Potomac, etc. Jersey's in zone 1. It's a typical PCA event. More info at the zone 2 website. Registration opens on the 12th.

Yes, I will do both. I must do both. I must.

Just told the wife I am doing both because ProCoach Peter told me to.

She says that you are a wonderful influence on me. She says that she wants to meet you. She wasn't smiling when she said it....

The downside of my otherwise very pleasant vocation! Not the first time I've heard of this.

Apparently, I am now taking her to the Bahamas first week of February as well. You know of any tracks in Nassau?

In 2016 I did a few PCA DEs at LRP in April. One day I pulled into the paddock and it was 17 degrees F! Before then I had been cautioned never to even drive the car (with those tires) when temps dropped below 40 degrees F!

Track remained closed until right after noon, before which we got a great though frigid track walk with Simon K.
