Default Washing out interior of pre-wired helmet?

In the rare instances that I've instructed students with "muscle cars" I've experienced unusually severe nausea.

Last weekend, my student was in a Dodge Charger, had never tracked it before, put it on "Track Mode" also never done before, and was ......shall we say.....less than smooth.

Happily I spared the interior of the car.
Unhappily, my helmet was less fortunate.

What is the best way to clean it?

EDIT:
Asking becoz all my online searches are showing up results motorcycle helmets.
I want to make sure I don't damage the fire resistant fabrics inside.

What brand helmet? You might be able to buy a new interior.

Sorry to here. I'm thinking I would have used the interior to threaten the driver to smooth it out. "Smooth it out, or the interior gets it!!!"

OT: Anybody else amused that a 4500lb car has a "Track Mode"?

It's a ROUX.
Don at the VIR pro shop says iI can unvelcro and wash the liner.

Will look for Molecule: is that an ozone cleaner?
Thanks for the suggestions.

Mike Yes I kinda thought the same.
