Default CGT service in North Carolina?

Hello everyone,

I am new to the forum and looking for a little advice on service work for my 2005 Carrera GT. I purchased the car last June and my first yearly service is coming up. Does any one know of any independent specialist or would you recommend dealer service (Foreign Cars Italia is my closest dealer)?

This is a very unique car(as you know) and would prefer to have the most knowledgeable people working on it.

Congratulations on your purchase. I would only take it to a Porsche dealer which has a factory trained Carrera GT mechanic.

Welcome.

Agree - find a CGT tech just to see if anything else is going on.

On the other hand - yearly service 60 screws oil filter around 450.00 which I am sure Foreign cars can handle.

Thanks for the responses. I have used Foreign Cars Italia on my Ferrari and another Porsche, and they have done a good job. However, if someone new of an independent shop with more experience - I might go that route.
