I believe mooty's numbers are referring to the 997 RS 4.0, not the 991 RS. Nobody knows how limited, or unlimited, the 991 RS will be. If they aren't stamping it, I don't see why they would limit it outside of a time boxed window to order like they did with the GT3.

I could not agree more on the lack of information by Porsche....

The pounding of an owner I never get but as I said I think people are just so dam negative about stuff that should be fun.. but whatever.

If 120 - 140 is true then they will send less rs into us then 918's Kind of interesting. I would think there is a lot more demand than 120 to 140 or even 250

Lastly, I have communicating a lot with PCNA recently and I can tell they all say different things as well. When I was in Germany at the factory recently the funniest thing was they are were saying different things as well.

All that said, the rs is going to be great just like the gt 3, 918 and the cgt. Wonderful cars!!!!

Wonderful cars should equal wonderful conversation and real life experiences vs all this nonsense ...

Appreciate the insight - appears Porsche simply wants to please their top customers first with their prized cars which makes perfect sense.

918 owners should have required Porsche to agree on matching their 918 including PTS

If they build a Manual as there is speculation, that will be the desirable car. That is part of what the 4.0 is where it is in value.

Guys.... The 120-140 was mooty answering the question about 997 RS 4.0 numbers NOT the 991 RS.

I understand sort of - the love for the manual with Porsche guys.

But why would Porsche go to such great lengths of performance and then make a manual on a track based car.

It's slower not as easy to control the list goes on.

Owning a few F1's there is as much actually even more of a rhythm to the F1 as there is as a manual.

Manuals are old news - you guys best go back and grab em while you can.

The GT3RS is not a number limited car, but a time limited one like the GT3.

Porsche Canada planned to import more than 50 cars into Canada, and that means PCNA will import more than 500.

I agree, I love the F1 and DCT, the only PDK I have driven is the 918. With that said, waiting to see if they build a manual in the RS, if so, will buy for the desirability.

Your answer is, Purists.

Nice and different look forward to seeing the Kodaks.

So ... since that white thing called a cgt won't really look good next to it.

If you would like I would be willing to help you out and take it off your hands for 1/2 mil or since silver and Viper Green go so well we could do a simple exchange
