^ u cannot transfer "regular" plates from one car to another in CA. (personalized plate, yes)
that plate came with car.

indeed. but remember to throw on some vinyl/rubber protectant on the rubber seats on the windshield frame and the roll hoop where the roo panels sits on, as without top. the sun beats on them... well in that case, also lotion the the leather seats and dash. more work but well worth it.

I see, guess the 3XXXXXX plates I have are only for nostalgia purposes then. At least I still have a 90s CA personalized plate I can use someday.

I hope I get enough seat time to make this a problem. But, it's good advice anyway.

I'm so jealous of y'all that live in parts of the planet with nearby roads that are cgt friendly. I have to either put mine on a trailer or endure torture (think flat, straight roads with terrible pavement) for hours before reaching any kind of fun. Can't imagine how fun one of these beasts would be outside SFO or up in the Pac NW.
