I keep debating powder coating my wheels...I love black wheels...looks awesome.
Were they ordered black from the factory or done aftermarket?

Thanks guys. Yes, love the black wheels as well! Perfect car, 3,385 miles, need to change that! I have owned several "race cars for the street" The CGT is just a freak'n race car!
First post even though I joined RL back in 2007, after stumbling into a new GT3RS allocation back then. Traded 3 years later for a 458, one of many mistakes I've made over the years!

Yes, bought the car from Canepa. Bruce painted the wheels and was willing to take them back to silver, but the black looks great!
Any CGT owners in MRY for the races and auctions?

Great first post! I'm guessing some fun roads to get to this photo opp?
Tell us more about your car. Is it new to you?

It is a 2006 UK car, model number in the 1200’s and 1 owner, which I bought in January this year with circa 35k miles to which I have added another 5k including two trips to the Swiss Alps. Car is in all original condition and still on its first clutch at 29.6mm.
As the world goes increasingly digital, it is good to find something as refreshingly animated and analogue; an outlier which is unlikely to be repeated.
A couple more Alpine shots, rain and shine.

lowndes,
Thanks for sharing these incredible pictures. Sometimes I think the only reason I hang on to my CGT is because I hope to drive it through the Alps one day! The dream.
Your sentiments on the car and it's place in history are spot on.
And I too am still on the original clutch with over 20k miles.
Cheers
