Tacet - The clutch has been replaced, but it didn't really need it. Car was in for maintenance and was already partially disassembled, so the clutch was replaced anyway. What's another few thousand on a $30-40k service bill The car has just over 9k miles on it now, and feels great.
From what I hear, as long as you drive the clutch correctly it can last 15k miles or more. If not driven correctly, it could be as low as a 1k miles.
