I sold a 12,000+ mile black car a few months ago to a customer from my McLaren Store, selling another 2500 miler from my Porsche store. Selling a 918 weissach soon then going to jump back and try to find some nice CGT.

Good cars can go bad but once a car is a "bad car" then it's always a bad car to me. Therefore, the good cars should separate upwards in time and keep going.

Ideal world: i lived it. I had two at the same time.

cool color car to drive and have fun in, and another to sit there and stare at/ take photos of...2 CGT's has been a fun time for me!

The only reason I sold is to set aside for P15 mclaren and BP23

Also I offered a few cars that were offered to me and these are my observations:

Smart Buyers are cautious.

Cheap/ On a tight budget buyers are unrealistic. They want to try to cash in/ steal a car only.

Collector guys are savagely exacting.

Which buyer are you and what seller are you?

Optimistic Seller- "my car is awesome for it's mileage"

Commodities Seller- "i'll just keep raising my price no matter what, someone will bite"

Desperate seller "i got taken on this car and need to get out of it to recoup"

I don't have a problem taking a less than perfect car if the price is right. I'll take the chipped cam car all day for the right price.

I hate to ask, but since this is a pricing thread, i need to ballpark a 5-15K mile good quality carrera gt that can be driven with up to date service, ect.

The lack of time to enjoy multiple cars are directing me to sell 3 cars, thin the collection and add a singular epic ride. Just sold off the nsx, planning on moving the gt2 and ferrari for a gt.

Open to colors, any leads appreciated. I would likely add 500-1500 miles yearly so a low mileage example doesn't fit the bill.

Imho, I would budget $650k plus or minus some depending on mileage or color. If any stories or lacking recent well documented service, I would pass. PPI essential. Budget another $25-35k for surprise maintenance issues.

In my recent search, not advertised prices, but real asking prices: In silver or black, 5kmi car 600-650. 15kmi car is sub 600. And assuming all have decent, recent maintenance. If a lot of deferred maintenance, just walk away. I've literally seen as high as 50-60k on full engine-out+clutch.

Outside of silver/grey/black, examples are few enough that I have no feel. Black may be a slight premium to silver/grey but it's small.

I like your consolidation play. My search is on back burner after recent move. I had sold 2 and was considering a 3rd to do your exact 3-for-1 trade. But I've paused to let dust settle.

Good luck with search.

CGT is next on my list but need to hustle for a bit longer for that to happen....just did a 2 for 1 transaction to get into my 997 4.0L. Might have to do the same for the CGT.

If the $CAD would come back a bit, I'd lube up, bend over and buy CGT number 4.

I'll buy your CGT if it is serviced and original paint and no accidents

I am owner #2 - salesman who sold me the car also sold the car originally well known in the midwest Porsche arena.

There is one pin head scratch on top of back rear fender and a very small not deep maybe 1/16th nick in the cf rear diffuser no idea how it happened.

Every single document when purchased new til now. License frame from orig dealer orig invoice and sticker car cover battery tender etc.

Every single thing that came with the car including seat extenders luggage scale sized motor crystal swavorski model and to top it off a brand new factory spare clutch assembly.

It's been paint corrected full sun tek and ceramic coated all the cf has been buffed and coated prior the interior cf was clear bra.

Newer tires oil and filter change last year it's going in for a freshen up. There are no leaks anywhere no signs of wear. The owner put on screens to protect the body behind front wheels.

Let me think on it - this is not the one I was thinking to sell but my back says otherwise.

If you sell you will have a case of depression after the sale. Whatever you made on the car, you would need to spend on a shrink. The shrink will tell you to go buy another ASAP so will be back to square 1.
