Co Part auctions are the silliest autions around.
First you need to join up ( for a fee) as a Co-part aution member. Then unless you can provide them with a dismantlers, auto dealers or equivalent license, you get third seat in bidding. You get to bid on the Hyundais, the dealers get to bid on the Porsches. All bids are via
internet, you don't go to the lot and participate...meaning the highest bid only wins, usually not yours. BTDT, even craigslist will give you a chance for local pick-up.

I spent a month going nowhere with Co-part, and then found the Porsche I was searching for at a local dismantler.
No drama

normally you pay an agent (who is licensed) to bid for you.
