My guess: 15-20% crashed, and 10% destroyed.

10% destroyed seems high to me. I mean there's this bias that leads us to believe specific circumstances (like knowing of 4 destroyed cars) extends to the general case (% crash distribution world wide).
If there is canonical list of VINs, maybe carfax can tell us at least of reported repairs in the US. We can also extract some info from VINs that don't have recent service history.
Let's just take that registry page. It lists 4 destroyed out of 580 known (registered) cars. Let's just double that due to underreporting. Doubling would be fairly aggressive, but even so you know what let's triple it. 12 out of 580. If we double that to about 1270 cars we get 24 destroyed, or 2%.
