Default Harness - Where to get / how to install

Want to install some harnesses in my CGT .. I have seen some old references to a set sold by Carnewal. Does anyone have details on the part and what the installation process looks like, and even better know where I might have that work done on the east coast/CT area?

Go to the dealer.. or at least to an indy shop that has the instructions..

Rennlist sponsor Gert (carnewal dot com) can get you the belts.

Just received the complete set from Gert at Carnewal. It included everything from the brackets, bolts, harnesses plus instructions in multiple languages. GREAT setup but his sub-belt requires drilling the tub. I instead went to Porsche and ordered the sub belt underseat bracket that fits the CGT plus the GT3 seats. Done in half day both sides!

thats good news - avoiding drilling the tub is optimal. do you have the part number of the bracket from Porsche? did you then use all the other pieces from Carnewal kit except for their bracket?

thanks

I did use all of his parts except the sub-belt mount.
I do not have the Porsche part number readily available but will look this weekend at my country house to see if I kept receipt. A search either on the CGT forum here on Rennlist or on Pelican is where I found the information myself
