based on the due diligence i just went thru, wide ranging prices, but more importantly, wide ranging quality out there. miles are creeping up. sub1k mile cars are impossible to find. 3 to 4k is the new "low miler" 5 to 8 is become more accepted.
and batteries, alternators , clutches aint what they used to be.

the car i bought i had inspected in full. it needed a few pieces replaced under the engine, in that tub, some hoses, robber, other things that the master mechanic swoer would never have been the case had the car had more miles, more driving. low miles to me aint a blessing other than the suggestion that low miles means its not hammered and the clutch is good.

there are a few 3 to 5k mile cars out there with nice clutches (supposedly) priced really well just a few notches about 300 that would be awsome.

the red one in texas can be had for 320ish. i stepped away on that and bought a black car. but that looked good.

 

I agree the super low mile cars are really hard to find I finally found a 1500 mile car
