That is stock from Porsche, Porsche did that do signify which lugs went on the right and left, since they are center lock wheels, the lugs can't go on the wrong side.

do they turn opposites? one clockwise and the other counter? is this so the left side doesn't come undone? I had never thought of that. they could have just put a little L and R instead of colours.

If I remeber correctly that would be right(I'll have to check and get back to you on that). Colors are easier to see than numbers

there was a yellow one at pfaff last week. another yellow one owned by an Indian guy drives it downtown a lot, Jamie (on here) sold his black one, there is a silver one owned by a chinese guy keeps it stored, a silver one I see driven around, the silver gemballa one I showed a picture of, and a few others that only see daylight once in a while.
