That looks terrible compared to the OEM finish.
Adding black wheels to any car is purely subjective. You either hate it or love it. I used to hate black wheels and would never put them on my car. But with some lighter colors it works well and gives the car an agressive look, which IMHO otherwise would not be acheived due to the fact the color is on (and I hate to use this word) the feminie side. I mean in all reality the "Gulf Blue" is actually baby blue. Maybe the wheels need to be gloss instead of a matte finish

It is. The interior of the car for sale is ascot (basic terracotta with black parts at steering wheel and seats), while the second cars interior is dark grey (which means black in Porsche terms...)

He wanted to know, where the second car is located. I sadly don't know it

The original owner has changed his mind and re-purchased the car from the dealer in the mid-west before it could be shipped to NYC. He's apparently now asking somewhere north of $430k!

It's nice, but not $430K nice.

For $430K I will buy (2) GT3 RS at full pop (say, $195K), and paint one of them gulf blue with the gulf logos painted on!

Don't know how to do the quote thing - but in response to 007GT3, two GT3RS's does not equal one CGT. Makes no diff what color they are painted.

Trust me, I know.

007GT3: Hey big guy - I see you've been posting all of one month, and you're tossing BS. So, FYI, I owned CGT #0567, GT silver with dark grey, for two years. Bought it new at MSRP. Put 4300 fantastic miles on the clock. Sold it a couple months ago - it went on KLM back to the Fatherland, where these cars are highly valued. Miss it immensely.

Today I drive a new pumpkin - an orange GT3RS. It's a neat car - and certainly more suitable for city driving than the CGT. In that sense, it is a better car. But the difference in overall excitement between these two cars is vast! The're not on the same planet.

So, don't tell me to put my money where my mouth is. I've done it. How about you?

why?
i guess b/c he misunderstood steve's reply about the relative worth of a cgt to the rs, that jamie echoed!?
