I noticed on the video that he loses the back end quite a bit on hard accelarations, so I was just wondering if you CGT owners had much of an adjustment to make in regards to handling when you got your cars? I know it does not fit with the topic, but I was just curious. BTW, I'm a 997C2S driver. Thanks!!!

If the tires are not thoroughly warmed, power-on over-steer is a distinct possibility. If one were to desire large amounts of over-steer, it's easy to get in a Carrera GT by merely stomping on the gas in 1st or 2nd gear. The CGT traction control is quite "non-intrusive" at low speeds and need not be disengaged to experience a hefty dose of "loose" back end.

Thanks for the input Mike. BTW, your CGT looks beautiful. I have really never been a big fan of yellow, but after checking out a SY GT3 at the dealer last week, the color is growing on me. Do you have pics posted here? I'd love to see some more shots of your ride.

All you guys need is to have a Character like that show up here next. Rennlist as a whole I find pretty cool abit that stuff, sure you see childish bickering now and again but on the whole stocked full of enthusiasts, not trollers.

Keep up the faith guys ..

Is it me or is there a new trend in Southern California happening?

Not CGT related but Porsche related-

I am seriously jelous......REALLY !
You folks can spend a few days campaigning your loud AWE exhaust to market and scare folks and the two geniuses in the 911 (Classic) can ghost ride all day around a 911s.

I am seriously at loss with all this

Though I don't care and find it a bit funny when the blondie hops in her chair in the outside bistro shot, I am not crazy about the rev where the lady is pushing the infant in the stoller......we would have a problem there in my book.

I really don't care how cool or stupid this guy and his little princess are, keep it for the track.

I'm glad to see this YouTube video addressed on the CGT board... It created quite a stir on the 993 board last week, and I was wondering what you guys would think.... Anyway, between the reactions here and on the 993 board (resounding negativity), it confirms my faith in the quality of the Rennlist community... Rennlist truly does rock.... Thanks for keeping it so darn cool....
