Hard to believe a CGT owner would mispell "wrecked". I smell scam.

That could easily be over $100,000 in damage, and a trip back to Deutchland for disassembly, oven, reconstruction and return. It is probably going to get a patch job and be another movie stunt crash victim. AS

100,000 agreed. The guy should've made the insurance company send it back across the pond to be fixed right. Or should I say fixet rite.

How does the insurance co "pay you some money for it"? My insurance co demands proof of repair as part of the claim process. I can't conceive that they would pay him $100K or more without his repair of the car. Maybe I'm wrong, but I think the whole thing sounds "messet up".
