Production Numbers

Ive done a little searching, but come up with conflicting production numbers. Can anyone provide total?

I've heard 1,270 and 1,272. I beleive its 1,272

As far as I know: 1270 official customer cars plus 5 or 6 cars Porsche owns for driving trainings, photo shootings, press and so on.
