That's the silliest thing I've read on this thread, no offense. Go to any PCA race and you'll see cars in the upper classes with similar bhp and LESS weight, LESS compromised racing suspension, and all the weight in the *** end. And many of these guys are just enthusiast hobbysists.

There's no such thing as "too much car" there's only "too little self control." Because if I recall correctly, most cars have pedals on the floor which you can use to control acceleration and braking.

Amen. Though some cars can bite harder than others - much harder - to me, the driver bears ultimate responsibility from the decisaion to turn the key onward.
