Another wrecked CGT?

I think this car was wrecked earlier this year, around three months ago. Here's what happened, if it's the same car. Local Porsche club, Detroit, MI, had a dinner and the car was wrecked by the owner on the way home. No one was injured. The car was sent back to Germany to determine if could be repaired. The insurance company wanted to repair the car. Porsche refused and the car was declared totalled.

What is it with some of the American CGT Drivers ?

Every CGT crash I see appears to be in the US
Are these cars a bit too powerful for you guys across The Pond ?
I think Porsche should confiscate the lot from you, until you've been and got yourselves some driving tuition

unfortunately people have crashed and died overseas as well,
in Saudi or Bahrain. (more than 1 I believe)
