Count myself lucky! I've kept mine every since (40k miles) my friend who bought the other one didn't get on with it and let it go after a year or so.

I just inquired of JK Tech, apparently one of the top companies that federalize EU cars for US import, and they said the cost on a 911R would exceed $80k(!!!). Ouch. No thanks.
