WTB: CGT with delivery (or near) miles
Absolutely no stories. Prefer something interesting in terms of exterior/interior colors and/or options.
Please be in touch privately at 911@addixion.com or by PM here.
Thank you,
Michael

No miles = either someone looking to sell it to someone who doesn't know any better or someone who is really dying to pay the cost of a new 911 in service lol

Have you guys followed secretcollector on the forums ? He's legit.
The above, post, seem pretty rude to me for a user whom is well known for having strict requirements on his acquisitions.
*edited my post to clarify that the above posters are being rude*

That being said, secret is no noob and knows his cars, so he obviously isn't worried about the world of hurt he may be traveling down should he acquire the vehicle he desires.......

Well not that my .02 is required - but taking a CGT and moth balling it seems like a really cool idea until one realizes the top trained mechanics available parts and companies like Ferrari Classiche and others restoring cars like or better than new.
So what's the beef - these were never intended to be pieces of art at a museum.
Let's guess 50 have been destroyed the other 1150 being driven 1 - 2500 miles per year where does that leave us the caretaker of such great autos.
There is an obligation just like the McLaren F1 250GT and like owners to get these car out to the public as the engineers draftsmen factories etc. worked so hard to get these cars to us we owe them.
I believe we as owners owe those who dedicated their energy to offer these great pieces of equipment to be driven and maintained to their fullest.
At a Ferrari event a few years there was a guy "Admiral Goodwrench" who has a Blue Italian car worth 10 - 15m. He and his wife travel all over showing his beautiful car I have even shared the track with him. He often posts on Ferrari Life telling his great stories - we owe it to the creators to drive these cars.
So while to each his own it's a public forum my public opinion - drive your cars if there are none with low miles we all win.

Thanks for the various comments guys. This is a WTB thread, not one seeking advice. I am a seasoned collector, very aware of the pros and cons of both driving and not driving CGT's and others.
Always happy to part of the RL community - lots of great discourse no matter the topic.

Kudos to you. Spoken confidently and as one who knows what he's doing.
Regardless of whether you drive or bubble wrap your purchase, do it soon. I regret not having bought my CGT sooner.
