Value question: 2006 Carrera GT?
It has 13,000 miles. Very nice but with little ships from being driven. I think about $10,000 to get it up to driver condition (tires and normal stuff is 10+ years old).
I actually have the 2004 US version of the book "Porsche Carrera GT".

Prices have risen demand is up - I tried to find something to switch things up but there isn't a car within 500k worthy.
Vintage racer - post the CGT if it's a one owner private sale and you trust the seller grab it.

I think it's less an issue of mileage, and more an issue of proper expert maintenance (ask who/what/when) and current condition (expert PPI a must).
A properly maintained CGT with 13k miles would be a joy to own. On the flip side, deferred maintenance can be an easy $50k - up to terrifying.

I found one in the Monterey auction sales for $700K so I'd call this car well-bought.

Dealers have been calling every CGT customer for years begging to bring them in on consignment on the other hand does said seller have other cars.

it went for 13 - 2k was it white too
I usually never argue on an internet message board, but I always buy used with a margin of safety. This is after I see the title and understand the history of the car.It must have all of the paperwork going back to it's first owner.

I doubt that dealers get a lot of responses when calling clients. I never answer an unknown call number to me, but I receive many letters offering quotes to buy.
Please explain what you mean here?

Find it hard to believe a 2k CGT sold for 535k - if that is even what you are stating and then you state one was bought for 700k at auction.
Dealers calling to sell CGT's - understand you don't pick up the phone when it's unknown but let's assume they leave a message vs an owner leaving 2-300k on the table. People that have the means to own a CGT check the market before selling.
