My dealer is offering a protection package that covers the tires and wheels, paintless dent repair, repair of stars in windshield, and lost key fob for $1,500. Think it is worth it?

My friend gets the insurances and it pays off pretty well for her. She loses her keys all the time, and hits curbs with her wheels often and she has made several claims already.

Enjoy the car. Make sure they go over programming the garage door buttons. Ours was a bit tricky and the manuals for the car and the garage were of no help. Remember that all of your favorites for temp, mirrors folding in, and your wish for default positions for lane position have to be put in the memory of the key when you set the seats etc. 3D view on the Map is great! My wife said “these tires are really good, they hug the road”. I had to let her know it was the Car not the tires. She likes cars but is not as detailed about them as other things. Hope you have a ball driving the new car!

Bicycle, e-scooter, etc, etc. is all I would allow her on. She obviously is oblivious to her surroundings and thinks having $$$ is enough to get her through life.
