I did checks on a few of the models that guy has listed. All were available in Forza, I'd be willing to bet they are all ripped off from the game.

I don't know. My brother downloaded it for me and we've used it to design a wrap for the car. It has proven much more useful than any of the PDF blueprints I've previously used for liveries. I am sure you could render a nice silhouette from it.
