what would you say is the correct position (level) to the brake pedal?

now my accelerator is leveled whith the brake pedal but i think original its a little bit deeper than the brake pedal?

please can you tell me the advantages for both?

I think you need to have the throttle level with the brake when the brake is pressed hard, so it is easier to heel and toe.
